Greysen Growing

As every day passes, Greysen is growing and growing and getting into everything. He continues to love looking out the sliding class door to the backyard, especially if he can see Ashi out there. We are just never quite sure what he will get into next and what he will find that he thinks should be his new toy. Although we have a few noggin knockers, the daily discovery has proven to be fun for all of us.

Swim Lessons

Greysen started his first swim lessons this morning and thanks to the Rauschs he we all set with his swim gear. At first when we started to get in the water, he just looked at Corey with a "what are you doing to me" look and had a death grip on the edge of the pool. However, once he was in the water it was a different story. He was so interested in what the other little swimmers were doing that I think he forgot to be afraid.

Greysen started splashing and kicking like this was something that we have done every day since he was born. He was kicking on his back and flipped over almost all by himself on his belly! A couple of times he face was completely in the water and he barely flinched once he came up.

It looks like we might have a natural little swimmer on our hands and he will be ready to go snorkeling with Mommy and Daddy on vacation in no time, Bahamas here we come.
